1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

The Gym complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, other laws governing the handling of personal information, the guidelines of the relevant ministries and agencies, and any other laws necessary for its business and operation.

2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

In carrying out its business and operation, the Gym collects personal information from customers, including name, address, telephone number and email address.

The Gym uses the personal information it collects only within the scope necessary for preparing the documents requested, collecting membership fees, contacting customers, handling procedures on their behalf, and consultation services.

Except with the customer’s prior consent or where permitted by law, the Gym does not use personal information beyond the scope necessary for the purposes above. The Gym also undertakes to keep confidential any personal information learned in the course of its business and operation, unless there is a legitimate reason to do otherwise.

3. Management of Personal Information

Except with the customer’s prior consent, where necessary for the purposes of use, or where permitted by law, the Gym does not provide customers’ personal information to third parties.

4. Disclosure, Correction and Suspension of Use

Customers who wish to be notified of the purpose of use of their personal information, or to have it disclosed, corrected or its use suspended, are asked to contact the Gym.

The Gym will comply with such a request after confirming that it comes from the customer themselves.
